I’m not sure at which point I became the narrator for all the creatures that live on this farm, and I look at them not as what they actually are, but as who they might be if they had the ability to put voice to their actions. Sadly, I wasn’t even aware that I had fallen into the habit of looking at them in these terms...it just sort of happened, a natural narrative so to speak. So in an attempt to capture, what I would consider in moments of clarity, to be their true natures, I felt it only fair to write this blog from both our perspectives, at least my perspective of their perspectives. I felt at some point that I should actually seek their permission as common courtesy, but no matter how much I tried to explain it to them, they seemed rather disinterested and for the most part, they couldn’t care less. So I have interpreted their disinterest as consent and I will forge ahead, taking it upon myself to do my best to accurately portray each of their quirks and idiosyncrasies as I see fit.
